Identifying mechanics to drive enthusiast buyer health
* Working with Analytics to track Buyer Health and understand most impactful levers
* Working with CRM and Buyer Success teams to drive enthusiast engagement (and strategy-aligned enthusiasts) throughout the funnel and across owned channels
Improving end to end experience for our buyers and Buyer CSAT drivers
* Understanding drivers of CSAT issues and building plans to address them
* Collaborating with APAC team on improving CBT import experience and associated CSAT
* Review and propose ways to improve retail standards for buyers (segmented by Focus Experiences)
* Oversee end to end delivery proposition for buyers, ensuring clear and reliable information
Collaborating with partner teams on new launches to improve enthusiast buyer health
* Live: Identifying opportunities to drive Live adoption through the experience
* Product Marketing: Go To Market for any buyer launches in market
