Location: Services located in and around Leatherhead
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 2 years
Salary: £12.27 per hour (£23,926 per annum)
Hours: 37.5 hours, part-time hours may be considered
About the apprenticeship

* Be 18 years or older
* Be able to commute to services in or near Reigate and Redhill, with a possible 7am start
* Work flexible shifts
* Have pass grades in UK GCSE Maths and English or pass a Level 2 functional skills module
* Have lived in the UK for more than three years
* Have the right to work in the UK (no student or dependent visas)
* Have a desire to make a difference in the community
Key Responsibilities
You will support adults with diverse care needs, focusing on enabling motivation and aspiration for full lives. You will work through a person-centred approach, collaborating with individuals to meet their unique needs, including supporting vocational learning, employment, independence skills, and health and wellbeing. You will promote friendships, relationships, community engagement, behavioral support, and independence.
You will actively participate in a learning pathway informed by lived experience, in collaboration with strategic partners, schools, and colleges.
