We have an excellent opportunity for Part Time Glass Collector and Bar Back to join The Dirty Onion.
We will only consider applications that meet the following criteria:
Essential Criteria:
* 6 months in a similar busy city centre bar
* Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
* Proven track record of Customer Care
Desirable Criteria:
* NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service (or similar)
* 6-12 months experience in a busy bar
* Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
* First Aid Certificate (must be current)
