Job Description
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general front-of-house operations, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage reception administration including post distribution, visitor registration, security procedures, and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Provide administrative support across departments, maintaining filing systems, corporate documents, and office records efficiently.
Coordinate office facilities and supplies, including housekeeping standards, office consumables, equipment inventory, and catering/buffet requests.
Support visitor and contractor compliance processes, including issuing badges, preparing invitation letters and visa documentation, and ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to maintain a professional and positive approach at all times.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage conflicting demands effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly MS Word and Excel, with good knowledge of office systems and procedures.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; First Aid training would be advantageous.
