The Role: We are currently recruiting for a Cloakroom Assistant to run our cloakroom in a professional manner, ensuring the cloakroom is kept clean and tidy and the successful person will have good customer skills. Role Responsibilities: As part of the Cloakroom Team, your role will include Understands cloakroom layout. Wears uniform to standard. Keeps area tidy and clean as customer facing space. Understands the cloakroom ticketing system and being prepared for service before opening. Regular cleaning and emptying bin where necessary. Communicating any low stock/provisions. Communicates any issues to manager/supervisor. Follow checklist for close down. Following the cloakroom running order and not deviating from it. Updating lost property log daily. Collating all lost property and record on official forms for lost property office. Keeping the area secure and reporting any misconduct to a manager. The Person: The ideal candidate will have: Good communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative. Good attention to detail.
