What you'll be doing
1. Handling incoming calls and emails and providing a great customer experience
2. Providing motor and home insurance quotations and converting quotes into new business
3. Processing policy changes, updates and general insurance transactions
4. Supporting renewals and helping retain existing customers
5. Spotting opportunities to cross-sell additional products and introduce customers to a Financial Adviser when relevant
6. Keeping customer records up to date on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
7. Supporting proactive outbound activity to generate new opportunities
What we're looking for
8. Experience in motor and home insurance (commercial exposure is a bonus, but not essential)
9. Confident, friendly communication skills (phone, email and face-to-face)
10. A genuine "can-do" attitude and pride in delivering excellent service
11. Organised, reliable and able to manage your own workload and deadlines
12. Comfortable using IT systems/CRM and happy learning new products and processes
13. Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
