We’re supporting a global life sciences organisation in the search for an experienced Clinical Supply Chain Logistics professional to provide end-to-end logistics oversight for clinical trial supply programs. This role focuses on ensuring the timely delivery of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) to support key clinical milestones while coordinating closely with study teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary logistics contact for assigned clinical studies Oversee Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) and global shipment execution Monitor and manage urgent or priority clinical shipments, including temperature-sensitive supplies Coordinate with study teams, supply managers, and external partners (CMOs, depots, logistics providers) Identify and resolve logistics risks, delays, or supply issues Provide status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation during critical study phases Requirements Degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field Experience in clinical supply chain or clinical trial logistics Strong experience with shipment execution and STO management Ability to work in fast-paced, time-critical environments Excellent stakeholder communication and organisational skills About Planet Pharma: Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
