We are currently recruiting enthusiastic TAs in Cardiff to work in a range of primary and secondary settings, with both mainstream and SEN (Special Educational Needs) placements available.
About the Role:
5. Provide one-to-one or group support to pupils within the classroom
6. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
7. Help implement individual education plans (IEPs)
8. Support students with additional learning needs, including those with autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties
9. Encourage engagement, independence, and progress in pupils’ learning
What We’re Looking For:
10. Previous experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
11. A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Relevant qualifications ( CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
14. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
