About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Menswear Sales & Graduation Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role blends traditional retail expertise with a hands-on approach to event coordination and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Luxury Menswear Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on ready-to-wear and Made-to-Measure garments, including suits and boating blazers.
* Graduation Gowning Coordination: Organise and manage gowning services for colleges in London, ensuring smooth operations during graduation events.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, students, and faculty members, delivering a personalised and professional experience.
* Travel & Logistics: Drive to colleges & customers predominantly across Oxfordshire & London, transporting garments and equipment as required.
* Stock & Presentation: Ensure garments are impeccably presented, maintaining high standards in both store and event settings.
* Flexible Working Hours: Work 21 hours per week with no fixed days, adapting to business needs from Monday to Sunday.
About You:
Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence (essential).
* Passion for menswear, tailoring, and craftsmanship.
* Strong customer service and sales skills.
* Organisational skills with the ability to coordinate events and work on one's own initiative.
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible schedule.
