Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: £100 – £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP

The Role

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.

Provide 1:1 and small group support to boost confidence, independence, and social skills.

Adapt learning strategies to meet a variety of SEN requirements.

Build strong, positive relationships with students, becoming a trusted role model.

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and the development of essential life skills.
