Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire
Hours: 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday & 7:30am to 11:30am Saturdayrota
**Experience working in the Electrical Wholesale orManufacturing trade sector is essential**
SkillsRequired:
* The office is fast-paced and will requirea quick learner who can react to ever-changing customer requirements
* You will also be required to support the busy trade counter,serving customers face-to-face
* Full UK driving licence
* A can do attitude we always try to make it work for thecustomer
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail & able to manage own workload
* Apositive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work underpressure
* A proven track record of working in telephone salesin the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is essential
* Dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion forachievement and success
Key Responsibilities:
* This role will require a hard-working and likeableindividual, who will grow relationships and offer exceptional levelsof customer service to their diverse customer base
* Telephone,trade counter & occasional warehouse duties & deliveries when busy
* Developing strategies for increasing existing, new businessand dormant accounts
* Liaising with manufacturers to securethe best terms possible when quoting on large projects and seeing themthrough to completion and beyond
* Dealing with and resolvingany customer queries
* Maintaining and growing your customerbase by selling the companys wide range of products whilst deliveringan unrivalled customer service, developing relationships andencouraging repeat business
