Key Responsibilities
* Increase revenue and profitability of your restaurant.
* Ensure Manager Controller Profit aligns with financial targets.
* Monitor stocks and wastage, keeping within acceptable levels.
* Manage inventory delivery and invoice processing timely.
* Achieve high customer feedback scores across platforms.
* Oversee daily operations, fostering good relationships with staff and managing team performance.
* Handle team rotas, holidays, and absences.
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Manage cash handling and closing procedures.
* Recruit new team members via our Applicant Tracking System.
* Train, develop, and manage staff to uphold standards and engagement.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience managing teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking.
* Proactive, able to work independently with good judgment.
