What you’ll be doing
as a Project Manager
We are embarking on a major transformation of our HR and Payroll systems with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. To lead this journey, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who will spearhead the end-to-end deployment of this pivotal ERP solution.
As a Project Manager, you will:
1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for HR and Payroll.
2. Actively engage in programme resources and establish delivery plans, governance, and risk controls.
3. Apply the SAP Activate methodology to structure, guide, and monitor delivery.
4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across People, Finance, Digital, Commercial/Procurement, ERP Programme, and senior leadership.
5. Act as the main interface with our System Integrator to ensure delivery and alignment.
6. Develop and execute a business change strategy, including supplier enablement, training, and employee portal adoption.
7. Oversee data migration, cleansing, transformation, and validation, ensuring business sign-off.
8. Ensure smooth integration with existing ERP and People systems.
9. Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and benefits realisation aligned with programme objectives.

Working hours: 38.5 hours, Monday to Friday
What you should bring to the role:
Essential:
The essential criteria to help you succeed in this role are:
10. Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
11. SAP SuccessFactors certification or equivalent hands-on implementation experience.
12. Track record of leading SAP HR/Payroll SuccessFactors implementations, ideally within utilities or regulated industries.
13. Proficiency in HR and Payroll processes, ERP integrations, and SAP Activate methodology.
14. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
15. Experience in data governance, change management, and supplier enablement.
16. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party partners.
Desirable:

17. Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)
18. Skilled in applying change management frameworks.
19. Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology to business goals.
