Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty salon. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, staying updated with the latest trends, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Duties
* Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
* Make customised recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide professional advice on nail care and colour choices to clients.
* Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service throughout each appointment.
* Keep accurate records of treatments provided and products used.
* Stay informed about current nail trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
* Promote retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a salon environment.
* Proficiency in makeup application is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients in English.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
