Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM leader to own and optimize our use of HubSpot CRM, driving improvements across the full customer lifecycle—from lead generation through to retention and upsell.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work closely with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create workflows, automate campaigns, and ensure seamless CRM integration across our go-to-market activities.
This role requires both technical skills and strong communication abilities—you’ll design and manage complex CRM workflows, then translate performance data into clear actions for stakeholders.
This role operates globally within the Assessment business.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
* CRM Ownership & Strategy
* Manage HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and platform optimization.
* Develop lead scoring models and lifecycle definitions to improve targeting.
* Enhance customer touchpoints to improve user experience and conversion.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enrich prospect data.
* Ensure compliance with data permissions and relevant laws.
* Campaign Support & Optimization
* Implement and optimize email marketing workflows.
* Support lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
* Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for campaigns.
* Sales Pipeline Processes
* Define and document sales funnel processes and pipeline management.
* Create reports to support pipeline management and compliance.
* Streamline lead handover and improve pipeline visibility.
* Maintain accurate contact and opportunity data.
* Customer Retention & Upsell
* Develop automated programs for onboarding, engagement, renewal, and upselling.
* Create campaigns to increase customer lifetime value.
* Technical Execution, Training & Support
* Design and document CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.
* Lead CRM user training and support.
* Manage user access and perform data cleansing activities.
* Continuous Improvement
* Stay current with CRM trends to improve functionality.
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 3 years’ experience with HubSpot CRM in a B2B or SaaS environment.
* Proven expertise in HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and reporting.
* Understanding of lead management, sales funnels, and marketing automation.
* Ability to translate technical CRM concepts into business insights.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Requirements & Desirable Skills
* Business acumen and understanding of profit models.
* Resilience, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
* Certifications from HubSpot Academy and RevOps experience (preferred).
* Experience with Sales Enablement and other sales/marketing software.
* Experience in digital transformation projects.
* 3+ years in the Technology or SaaS industry.
* Experience working with HubSpot ecosystem partners.
