Account Manager (IT Managed Services)
Location: Crewe, Cheshire (2 days WFH)
Salary: £37,000 basic + uncapped bonus, year 1 OTE £100k
The Role:
We are working with a growing Managed Services company who are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of 100 client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Managing a portfolio of 100 client accounts.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
* Identifying and executing upsell opportunities across your accounts.
* Acting as the main point of contact for your clients.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Providing regular updates on account performance and growth opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager in a tech sales environment. (Tech sales experience is essential.)
* Full UK Driving licence
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
* Experience with upselling and business growth initiatives.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
