Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Stockport for a Sous Chef at M & C CATERING LIMITED. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. The role involves supervising kitchen staff, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety, maintaining inventory, and contributing to menu development. The Sous Chef will also be involved in training junior staff and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Qualifications

* Supervisory experience and ability to manage kitchen staff
