Property Sales Negotiator – Amersham – Permanent
Our client, a leading property agency, is seeking a dynamic Property Sales Negotiator to join their team. This role is based in Amersham and offers a competitive salary with bonus incentives, as well as opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with prospective buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
* Conduct property viewings and effectively communicate the unique selling points of each property.
* Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Coordinate with mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales or a related field.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Self‑motivated with a results‑driven attitude.
* £33,000 per annum OTE + additional bonus incentives (salary and commission based role).

This is a permanent opportunity, working 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday 9am – 4pm.
