The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing BD team, driving new business personally, and playing a key strategic role in shaping and expanding the organisation’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Personally identify, pursue, and secure high-value new business opportunities. Work closely with the senior leadership team to set and deliver strategic growth plans. Represent the organisation at a senior level with key NHS and private sector clients. Oversee sales performance and implement best-practice business development processes. Requirements: Proven track record in senior business development leadership, ideally within healthcare staffing or workforce solutions. Strong understanding of multiple service lines including agency staffing, managed services, and healthcare technology solutions. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
