Onsite IT Support Technician (Term Time)

With training, the first weeks will be spent shadowing a senior team member. Applicants with an interest in IT, even without hands‑on experience, are welcome.
What you will be doing
* Provide scheduled technical maintenance and support for ICT across a set of schools.
* Work on larger installations in line with documented project plans.
* Deliver reactive IT support (telephone, remote, site visits, hardware quotations).
* Research and document development projects and procedures aligned with strategic objectives.
What we are looking for
* Strong customer service skills.
* An interest in IT and a career in this area.
* Ideally some form of IT qualification (GCSE/A Level) although this is not essential.
* Happy to work term time only.
* Full UK licence with access to own vehicle.
