The Head of HR will be responsible for leading the organisations people strategy, overseeing the day-to-day performance and practices of the HR department, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, to ensure growth and organisational development. Ensuring the team are handling the administrative tasks, smooth employee lifecycle management, from recruiting and hiring to L&D, performance, and compliance, acting as a vital link between management and colleagues to maintain productivity, motivation and adherence to company policies and HR law. The Head of HR will work collaboratively within the Senior Leadership Team to support strategic projects and operational improvements across the organisation.
Experience with the MHR ‘HR and work force management’ platform is desirable but not essential.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Yorkshire for a Head of HR. The individual will oversee HR operations and strategies, ensuring compliance with Employment Law and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, providing guidance on employment law, and supporting staff development. Acting as a key leader, the Head of HR will work closely with management and employees to promote a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
* Knowledge of Employment Law, and experience in compliance and regulatory matters
* Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
* Proven ability in Employee Relations to foster positive and effective workplace communication
* Leadership and management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively across departments
* Prior experience in a healthcare or pharmacy environment is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* CIPD qualification or equivalent certification is desirable
