The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator, youll be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing activities. Youll coordinate advertising campaigns, liaise with suppliers and external partners, and ensure data is tracked and reported effectively. This is a fast-paced and evolving role with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Media Coordination
Research and evaluate magazine and publication opportunities.
Manage advert bookings and liaise with publishers on rates and placements.
Maintain detailed records of advertising activity and costs.
Communication & Supplier Liaison
Act as the main point of contact for external media and advertising partners.
Coordinate with internal finance teams for purchase orders and approvals.
Work with third-party suppliers, including phone service providers.
Design & Campaign Support
Use Canva templates to create artwork for digital and print adverts.
Support the rollout of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Performance & Data Reporting
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Analyse and monitor data to identify trends and opportunities.
Present insights to the wider sales and marketing teams.
General Marketing Support
Assist with broader marketing and sales initiatives as needed.

What Youll Need
