Your contribution
* Strengthen scrutiny of budgets, forecasting,reservesand long-term sustainability.
* Support compliance with funding and reporting requirements, ensuring regularity,proprietyand value for money.
* Help the board use sector tools (e.g. resource management, financial benchmarking) to inform decisions.
* Engage withacademyleaders to understand context, pressurepointsand opportunities.
Commitment
* Attendance at full board and committee meetings (mix of in-person and virtual).
* Voluntaryrole;reasonable expenses reimbursed. Induction and ongoing training provided.
