The Role As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and supporting the senior chefs in delivering consistently high standards across both restaurant operations.
You will work with excellent local ingredients and have the opportunity to develop your skills within a quality-driven kitchen.
What We Are Looking For Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Background in quality hotels, fine dining, or luxury hospitality
Passion for fresh and seasonal produce
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure
Team player with excellent attention to detail
Desire to learn and progress within a luxury kitchen environment
