We're seeking an energetic and driven SaaS Partner Manager to join our pioneering team. This isn't just about managing relationships; it's about identifying, recruiting, and nurturing strategic partnerships that will expand our reach, drive revenue, and help businesses unlock their full potential for customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive landscape.
What you'll do as a TRIFFT Loyalty SaaS Partner Manager:
* Be a Partnership Architect: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (e.g., agencies, complementary SaaS platforms, system integrators, consultants) who align with TRIFFT Loyalty's mission and can help extend our market reach.
* Develop Joint Value Propositions: Collaborate with partners to create compelling go-to-market strategies and shared value propositions that benefit both TRIFFT Loyalty and our partners.
* Drive Partner-Led Growth: Enable partners to effectively sell, implement, and support the TRIFFT platform, driving new customer acquisition and expanding our footprint within the mid-market.
* Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Facilitate Enablement: Provide partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to ensure their success in promoting and integrating TRIFFT Loyalty solutions.
* Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with our sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner operations, shared pipeline management, and contribute to TRIFFT Loyalty's overall growth strategy.
* Monitor and Optimise Performance: Track partner performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximise partner-generated revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Become a Market Expert: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and partner ecosystem developments to refine our partnership strategy continually.
What you'll bring to the TRIFFT Loyalty team:
* 2-5 years of successful experience in SaaS partnerships, channel sales, or business development, with a proven track record of building and managing successful alliances.
* Strong understanding of the SaaS and MarTech ecosystem, with an ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities.
* A passion for marketing, customer loyalty, and innovation. You genuinely believe in the power of strong customer relationships and strategic alliances.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
* A natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly. You're a people person who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and building long-term relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about partner needs and market dynamics.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient, with a strong drive to create and close mutually beneficial deals.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner relationship management (PRM) tools is a plus.
