You will be managing a team of agents these are people who have partnered with ADT but not directly employed by them. How you will do it
* You will be responsible for the whole team to hit their sales number via effective coaching and field accompaniments.
* You will be communicating with stakeholders around the business to develop interdepartmental relationships that will not only benefit the sales team but the business.
* Sales reporting to your manager and updates on sales progress.
* Using incentives and rewards to drive sales and hit the required sales numbers.
* Introducing new ideas on how the team can grow Self-Generated sales.
* Attending engineer huddles and meetings to grow collaboration
* Training the agents staff on evolve, salesforce, products and sales.
* Grow and increase sales month on month - year on year
Need to be targets focused and have a strong winning mentality
* Very passionate and interested in technology
* Extensive experience in managing successful customer relationships
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and able to deal with people at all levels both in and outside the business
* Happy to stay away as this is a UK based role with travel
* Preferred
* Experience within B2C or BCB fire & security market
