This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a dedicated special needs unit supporting pupils across mixed age groups with a range of additional needs. The successful candidate will be supporting a pupil who is a runner and can present with challenging behaviour, so prior SEN experience and confidence managing behaviour are essential for this role. The school has a strong inclusion ethos and an experienced SEN team in place, providing structure, guidance, and ongoing support for staff.
