A new opportunity has arisen for a Wills and Deeds Coordinator based in our Bedwas warehouse.
The Role
The role will involve administering the storage and retrieval of original wills and liaising with the team in Cardiff. In addition the role will manage the filing invoices for the firm.
Responsibilities
* Retrieving of wills from storage and sending to the team in Cardiff
* Copying original wills and emailing the copies of the wills
* Accurately storing new wills
* Updating the wills database and spreadsheets as required
* Filing and retrieval of invoices
* Involvement in process improvement
* Working to strict service level agreements and timescales
Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will be IT literate and be able to use Word, Excel and Databases and learn new packages. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is required as is the ability to work proactively with limited supervision.
