This is a key hire with future succession into the practice management team firmly in mind. The Role: You will work closely with the current Head of Department, a highly experienced family solicitor who is also an accredited family mediator and collaborative lawyer. The department has a strong reputation and handles a full range of private family law, including: Divorce and financial remedy Cohabitation disputes Children matters Collaborative law and mediation This is an excellent opportunity to take on a well-established caseload and play a key role in the continued development of a busy and well-regarded family law offering.
