A Hygiene Manager role for an international food manufacturer, based at their major production site in Park Royal. The perfect opportunity for a Hygiene Manager who believes that food safety is absolutely paramount.
The Role
As Hygiene Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop the hygiene team across shifts.
* Ensure compliance with BRC, retailer standards, and internal audits.
* Design and manage hygiene schedules.
* Act as the site expert on hygiene, microbiological risks, and allergen controls.
The Candidate
The successful Hygiene Manager will have:
* Prior experience as a Hygiene Manager or Supervisor in a food manufacturing environment.
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety regulations.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and inspire.
* A methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
