Location: Ansty Park, Coventry
Position: Production Operative
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Shift Patterns
* 07:00 - 16:00 | Monday - Friday
* 15:00 - 00:00 | Monday - Friday
Pay
£12.30 per hour starting rate
£10 shift allowance applicable per completed shift on PM shifts
Available Roles
Despatch Department:
* Picking and packing goods efficiently
* Handling heavy items and manual lifting tasks
* Performing repetitive work with accuracy
* Ensuring quality control standards are met
Production Department:
* Operating and monitoring manufacturing machines
* Managing production processes with precision
* Handling heavy goods as part of daily operations
* Maintaining safety and operational standards
Requirements
* Previous experience working on a production line in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to lift heavy goods safely and effectively
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Reliable transport or local residency to ensure punctual attendance
