We are looking for an organised, proactiveOperations & Project Managerto support the day-to-day running of a successfulmarketing, website design and development agencybased in Salisbury.
This is a varied, hands‑on role at the centre of a busy creative business. You’ll work closely with the Director, designers, developers, marketers, clients, and the wider team to help keep projects, people, and actions moving smoothly.
No two days are the same. You’ll be involved in coordinating internal operations, managing website projects and support tickets, assisting with proposals, handling selected client communications, and supporting meeting follow‑up and general business administration.
The successful candidate will have strong project management experience and will be responsible for managing a selection of website projects from start to finish. This will include creating project timelines, coordinating with designers and developers, tracking progress, and helping ensure deadlines are met.
You will also support the Director in meetings, particularly with prospective new clients. This may include taking notes, coordinating follow‑up actions, booking meeting rooms, and helping to prepare and populate client proposals.
The role will also involve general office and operational responsibilities, including keeping our support desk running smoothly, ensuring clients receive timely updates, chasing open quotes, supporting the team with day‑to‑day activities, and helping to resolve occasional client queries or issues.

Key responsibilities
* Managing website projects, including timelines, actions, deadlines, and internal coordination
* Working closely with web designers and developers to keep projects moving
* Monitoring support tickets and ensuring they are updated, actioned, and closed
* Supporting the Director with meetings, notes, follow‑ups, and business administration
* Assisting with the preparation and population of client proposals
* Helping manage selected client communications, queries, and occasional issues
* Chasing open quotes and following up on outstanding actions
* Supporting day‑to‑day office operations and internal processes
* Helping the business run smoothly by taking ownership of key operational tasks
Experience required
* 3+ years’ project management experience (Ideally experience managing website or digital projects)
* Experience reporting directly to a Director or senior leader
* General office management experience
* Experience supporting staff and coordinating internal activities
