We're looking to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in Warrington on a rolling, temporary basis on behalf of a well-established housing association.
This is a full-time, hybrid role, working 35 hours per week.
Your new role
1. Triaging, investigating and resolving cases of ASB, hate crime, safeguarding and tenancy breaches across a geographic region
2. Visiting victims, witnesses and perpetrators to gather evidence including witness statements, preparing all pre-court paperwork including injunctions and possession orders
3. Representing the group in court, liaising with legal services and solicitors
4. Attending multi-agency meetings whilst working in partnership with other housing associations, Police and stakeholders in themunity to tackle and mitigate future escalations or cases
5. Responding toplaints and queries from local MPs, customers and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
6. Proven experience in an ASB/Tenancy Enforcement role within social housing
7. Strong understanding of housing legislation, legal processes and best practice
8. Experience in drafting legal documents, including witness statements and presenting evidence in court
9. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Full UK driving licence, valid business insurance and a basic DBS check
