Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a successful, leading safety integration solution provider in Mansfield who are looking for a Key Account Manager with a background in Safety, especially CCTV equipment to join them.
Duties and responsibilities:
* To manage a number of key contracts within the business
* To secure and maintain strong, professional and high-quality relationships with our customer base
* To gain and maintain a strong, strategic understanding of our customers' needs
* To act as the voice of the customer within the business
* To gain and maintain a strong relationship with manufacturers, distributors and consultants within the security sector
* To work with our customers to produce solutions that meet their operational and strategic needs, acting as their trusted and professional guide
* To survey, design and quote for the installation, service and maintenance of a range of life safety systems with a strong focus on CCTV
* To work with the wider team to support the submission of tenders and bids for new business
* To work with the Head of Customer Engagement to produce commercial forecasts
You will have:
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience of providing a world class customer experience
* Experience of working within the Security Sector
* Strong knowledge of complex CCTV systems, associated transmission and networks
* Experience of designing or installing security, life safety and connected systems (including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire)
* Experience of constructing build sheets and quotations
