Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a clinical expert in their field with proven experience as an advanced clinical practitioner and will fulfil the 4 domains of the Consultant role:

5. Recognised qualification Degree / equivalent in Allied Health Profession Registered with the HCPC MSc or higher qualification Demonstrable attendance at relevant post graduate clinical courses

8. Expert knowledge and experience of a wide range of approaches to the management of Long-Term Health conditions

13. Able to demonstrate continuing professional development at a post graduate level, up to date CPD portfolio
