About The Position
As the Director of Sales Operations EMEA, you will lead growth strategies in the energy software sector, drive business development, oversee sales processes, and optimize our go-to-market approach to maximize revenue, expand market share, and lead innovation.
Responsibilities include:
* Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM processes.
* Lead and develop the business development team.
* Analyze sales data and report on key metrics.
* Coordinate with marketing and product teams.
* Manage budgets and track ROI for lead generation.
* Drive lead generation and qualify new business opportunities in EMEA.
Candidate Requirements:
* 5+ years in leadership roles in business development, sales operations, or related fields.
* Proven success in lead generation within energy, tech, or SaaS sectors.
* Experience with enterprise sales and B2B environments.
* Strong leadership and team mentoring skills.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
