About Our Client

Job Description
3. Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
4. Reconcile financial statements and records to ensure consistency
5. Assist in maintaining accurate financial databases and records
6. Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use
7. Respond to queries related to financial transactions and documentation
8. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with procedures
9. Assist in month-end and year-end financial tasks as required
10. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Administrator should have:
11. Relevant experience in an Accounting & Finance or Administration role
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Good IT skills, including Excel
14. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
