About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our newly formed Insights team within the Customer & Commercial division at The Jockey Club. In this key role, you’ll turn rich data into actionable marketing insights that help shape fan experiences, grow revenue, and support the future of horse racing. Working closely with our Business Intelligence team, you’ll champion data-led decision-making across the organisation.

The Marketing Analystwill
* Analyse campaign performance to help optimise spend and channel effectiveness.
* Lead attribution modelling and deliver insights that guide marketing strategy.
* Use web analytics to map the customer journey, highlighting engagement highs and drop-off points.
* Support CRM with campaign analysis and cohort engagement insights.
* Track key KPIs, driving accountability and continuous improvement across digital and CRM functions.
* Evaluate creative asset performance to inform content strategy.
* Analyse social campaigns and their impact on audience engagement.
* Provide real-time trading insights and assess tactical campaign effectiveness.
* Conduct post-event analysis to shape future sales, marketing, and product decisions.
* Analyse marketing campaign performance across channels (email, social, paid media, etc.) and deliver insights to improve ROI
* Track KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and customer lifetime value
* Support A/B testing initiatives and report on results

* A passion for Customer Data and Insights.
* Up to date on the industry, digital and data platforms and future changes as they roll out.
