Salary ranges between £80,000 - £120,000
What you’ll do
In this role, you will deliver high-quality validation services across the Group for models owned by various Business Units. You will be responsible for scoping, executing, reviewing, and reporting on validation activities for Aviva’s groupwide material models, including the Solvency II/UK Internal model. You will collaborate closely with model owners throughout the validation process. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to develop challenger models and enhance our repository of validation tools.
What we’re looking for
* A solid understanding of risk management models and frameworks, and/or Solvency II/UK rules and capital modelling for Life business.
* Qualified actuary or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What you’ll get for this role
* Salary ranges from £80,000 - £120,000 (depending on skills, experience and qualifications).
* Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
