I am looking for a Bank Personal Assistants to join my support team. I am a young female with complex medical needs who lives at home with my family. I require someone who is capable of working in partnership with my family and care team, undertaking duties as agreed and set out in the care plan. There are vacancies for casual/bank staff.
You will receive:
1. Standard rate of £13.87 per hour
2. A pension if eligible
3. 5.6 weeks annual leave per year pro rata
4. Full certificated training on all aspects of the role
Hours available:
5. Casual/bank staff opportunities in relation to uncovered hour, holidays and sickness
What’s Required:
6. Provide assistance with all aspects of personal care. The job description details all requirements of the role.
7. A full driving licence.
8. Flexibility in working hours essential, night shifts may also be required
9. Weekend work essential.
10. Supporting to access day care and respite venues
11. An enhanced DBS check, the cost will be met by the Employer
12. NVQ/Social Care Certificate, Care Level 2 essential, level 3 is desirable.
13. Experience with complex medical needs is essential.
14. Experience of leading a care team desirable.
