The role primarily involves handling personal injury claims, with opportunities to engage in regulatory matters such as health and safety investigations, prosecutions, inquests, and product regulation.
The work is varied, interesting, and challenging. High performers will have autonomy to manage their cases and may participate in business development and client initiatives.
You will manage and assist with fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims, providing legal advice on all aspects including coverage.
The ideal candidate is a Chartered Legal Executive or Solicitor NQ with solid experience in personal injury claims and litigation.
