Job Description Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities (corporate, social, wedding, etc.). Develop and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, DMCs, and corporate partners. Event Planning & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure flawless execution of events. Create detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders Client Relationship Management: Conduct site visits, client meetings, and pre-event planning sessions. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and event lifecycle. Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate records for all events Track sales activity, forecasts, and event details for internal reporting. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
