We currently have an exciting new part time vacancy for a Dealership Receptionist / Administrator at our fantastic Norwich Dealership. Happy dealing with clients face to face and over the phone. * Have an eye for detail with excellent communication, organisational, administration and IT skills. The Receptionist / Administrator role and responsibilities include (but not limited to): Meet and greet customers / visitors in a friendly and professional manner, building a rapport with them to help them feel welcome. Manage the switchboard and ensure calls are answered in a prompt and professional manner. Receive, sort and distribute mail and other deliveries. Maintain a tidy reception area. Provide general administrative support to the Dealership. Working: 2 days per week, Monday & Tuesday 8am – 5pm.
