Chef - College - £26,000 - Worthing
Are a chef looking for a work life balance?
Prestigious college in the Worthing area are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to work straight shifts and to support this large catering operation.
You will be working 40 hrs per week with some weekends and evenings for functions.
Working hours are normally a mixture of shifts which are either, 5.45am-2.15pm/8am-5pm/10.30am-7pm and you will work alternate weekends.
Over time is available if you wish but this is PAID as extra and can be very lucrative.
What do you need to get the job as a Chef
* Previous chef de partie experience using fresh food
* Catering qualifications at 706/1 706/2 or NVQ 2
* Knowledge of Food hygiene and Food Safety
* Team Player and excellent attitude
Main responsibilities as a Chef
* Prepare and cook food to a high nutritional standard
* Prepare special dietary requirements
* To promote skilled and appropriate care to individual clients
* Maintain a healthy environment
