Are you experienced in CNC machining, in a precision engineering environment, and looking to join a well established company that offers progression and an early finish on a Friday?


Are you an experienced supervisor looking to make the move to a managerial position, in a role where you will lead a team and be expected to mentor others around you?


This company was established over seven decades ago and in that time has grown to employ over ninety people. The company operates out of 70,000 square foot facility and are a mechanical component manufacturer. Distributing to both national and international clients, the company are looking to extensively grow over the coming years.


In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to spearhead the production side of the business and be responsible for a team of 25, with 3 direct reports. You will need to mentor the team and maintain the operational structure of the workshop to ensure that production deadlines are met.
