FINANCE ANALYST - PERMANENT - HYBRID - £40k

Responsibilities:
6. Assist with month-end reporting processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
7. Prepare and review balance sheet and cash flow information.
8. Post journals accurately and in line with accounting standards.
9. Prepare month-end tax calculations and supporting documentation.
10. Monitor cash position regularly and escalate issues where appropriate.
11. Support the month-end close by gathering and validating required information.
12. Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to improve processes and reporting quality.
Requirements:
13. Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and actively studying, or willing to study.
14. Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and present financial data clearly.
15. Strong team player who works well with others across finance and the wider business.
16. Confident and approachable, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
17. Proactive mindset with good attention to detail.
18. Able to manage priorities effectively in a month-end driven environment.
