PPM Recruitment is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the Ormskirk area for a national horticulture company.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the works on site.
* Proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain workforce discipline.
* Assist the supervisor/senior team leader.
* Drive the company vehicle and transport staff and essentials to site.
* Perform general ground maintenance work (grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, etc.).
* Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
Compensation
Up to £14.50 per hour, including holiday pay.
Qualifications
* Driver's licence required.
* PA1 & PA6 licence desirable.
