What You’ll Be Doing:
* Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and support
* Coordinate all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inductions, benefits administration, training coordination, appraisals, and leavers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems and personnel records
* Organise and deliver internal training sessions and L&D events for colleagues at all levels
* Generate L&D reports and contribute to the development of internal learning strategies
* Support the creation of engaging training materials and gather participant feedback
* Collaborate closely with teams across the organisation including Line Managers, Payroll, Finance and Marketing
* Assist in aligning L&D initiatives with broader business goals and performance outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards Level 5)
* 1–2 years’ experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within a busy environment
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practice
* Experience using HR information systems (experience with Dayforce is advantageous)
* A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for people and professional development
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Full UK driving licence and valid passport (occasional travel required)
