Your New RoleIn this role, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Director & General Manager. You will be responsible for all security operations and improving security processes & protocols for a mall and office property in Surrey. You will be working closely with your 3rd party security provider to ensure smooth operations of this property. Responsibilities will include strategic & operational risk management, vendor management, as well as tenant andmunity relationships. What you’ll need to succeed
1. 5+ years of Security Management experience.
2. Experience overseeing Security Operations in a multi-usemercial space.
3. Experience overseeing a team.
4. Valid security license is an asset.
5. Experience using security software systems.
6. Familiar with federal & provincial regulations.
What you’ll get in return
7. Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 experience dependent.
8. 10% discretionary bonus.
