Marketing and Communications Executive
Our Client a Well Established and award-winning Media Group require a Marketing and Communications Executive to join their team.
Role Responsibilities:
4. Clearly understand the media group’s business objectives to develop a need-based marketing and communications strategy.
5. Act as a brand guardian; ensuring quality and consistency across all touch points. Ensure key brand messages are effectively communicated in all marketing collateral.
6. Design and deliver marketing and communication plans for projects, campaigns and initiatives.
7. Production, copy writing & proof reading of promotional and marketing materials.
8. Build and grow social media channels ensuring all communications are on brand with the ability to deliver both organic and paid-for strategy.
9. Develop creative solutions and innovative ideas to promote group brands.
10. Assist with the PR process and help to devise a program of PR that delivers positive communications and adds value to group brands.
11. Identify partnership and promotional opportunities for the organisation.
12. Measurement and analysis of activity against pre-defined targets. Be able to draw conclusions and actively make recommendations to drive improvements.
13. Liaise, network, and engage with a range of local and national stakeholders including promoters, agents, customers, industry bodies, universities etc.

Essential Criteria
18. Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing and communications projects to deadlines.
19. Experience with Canva, InDesign and Illustrator or similar package.
20. Experience delivering paid-for social strategy.
21. Experience of being commercially focused to deliver targets and generate income.
22. Excellent verbal and written English including literacy and numeracy with a proven ability to write marketing proposals, press releases, editing and proof-reading skills.
23. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally.
24. Knowledge of social media marketing platforms.
25. Evidence of strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint.
26. Evidence of the ability to consistently deliver for an organisation and results driven.
27. Evidence of an understanding of the creative marketing process.
28. Evidence of ability to use initiative, generate ideas and innovation.
29. Evidence of excellent time management skills.
30. Ability to work accurately within a fast-paced deadline driven work environment.
31. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
32. Full Clean Driving license.
